Technical Lead, I primarily had responsibility
for Chase Manhattan Bank's personal finance
sites, Grey Direct's own site, the Lucent GSP
site (http://www.lucent.com/gsp) and TSI Software (http://www.tsisoft.com) .
For
Chase, I managed the production of all of the 17
credit card sites, installment loans, student
loans and auto loans. In this capacity, I oversaw
the scripting of html, ssis, and asp pages, as
well as the debugging, quality assurance and
integration of the site. I also provided the
javascripting for a series of 24 calculators
designed to demonstrate to current and
prospective customers the financial advantages of
Chase Credit Cards.
I
have also provided advanced Javascript, perl and
html programming for various Seagram's sites (http://www.seagram.com, http://www.mumm.com, http://www.sterlingvyds.com) and the Direct
Marketing Association (http://www.the-dma.org).

As an independent
contractor I have produced and provided graphic

This site provides
information about the Delaware River
Club lodge and school. It also
features a unique interactive
"match-the-hatch" chart which
displays images of both the artificial
and natural flies hatching for a
particular period of the year. This
generates "on-the-fly" html
pages which link to buying opportunities
from the DRC catalog. The site now
generates over 200,000 hits per month.
The site has been featured in Fly Rod
& Reel and many other fishing
publications.

languages. I am highly knowledgeable in all
matters of importance to web development

server side includes, style sheets, forms,
database design, DHTML and XML. In Perl, I

its associated modules and libraries. In

Steven M. Schwartz, Inc ., President. A consulting firm
providing services to nonprofit organizations in real
estate acquisition, disposition, financing, project
management and development. Selected projects include:

Protestant Welfare Agencies - Preparation of
Development Plan to guide decision making and $6
million renovation of 100 year old National
Register headquarters building at 281 Park Avenue
South. Securing $4 million of tax exempt
financing backed by a letter of credit from J. P.
Morgan and $300,000 of grants for the project.
This project won the Lucy G. Moses Preservation
Award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy. Harlem Restoration
Project - Preparation of Feasibility Study
and Development Plan for conversion of 133,000
square foot former bakery complex into an
economic development incubator for small
businesses. Also securing $4 million in in
capital funding and managing the pre-development
process.
Harlem Commonwealth
Council - Preparation of master plan for
15 acre industrial park in the Federal
Empowerment Zone of the South Bronx. Assistance
with marketing and development of the site.

International Center for
Integrative Studies, The Door - A Center of Alternatives ,
Manager, Building Development. Created New York City's
first non-profit sponsored and developed condominium
office building. Responsible for $25 million in
financing, design, construction, project management and
space marketing at 121 Sixth Avenue. Building is now home
to The Door, The Fund for the City of New York,
Consumer-Farmers Foundation and other nonprofit
organizations.
1978 - 1986
Trust for Public Land ,
Project Manager, New York City Land Project and the
Eastern Region, New York, NY. Responsible for the
provision of technical assistance in real estate
negotiations, land use planning, acquisition financing,
and policy planning. Negotiated City's first non-profit
condominium at 666 Broadway.
